Noise with a/c on starts around 2000 rpms Does not do it with ac off

It is the Ac compressor rattling. If you look at the AC belt tensioner when this happens, you will see it jumping. Compressor is in the beginning sta ges of locking up, it sometimes will break the stop ear off the tensioner. I work at a Chevy dealer and see this alot.
